A view is counted every time a page containing your widget loads. Each time a visitor opens or reloads a page with the widget, it counts as one view
Views are not the same as:
- • Unique visitors to the page
- • Clicks on the widget
- • The number of times a visitor actually sees the widget (for example, if the widget is placed at the bottom of the page and the visitor doesn't scroll)
Most analytics tools track unique visitors, which is different from how Wapp Chat counts views.
How views affect pricing
Your plan is based on the number of views. Higher website traffic means more widget loads, which requires more server resources - so higher view volumes are covered by higher-tier plans
